The Ducati 900 leggero is a custom-made motorcycle signed by the legend of converted motorcycles Walt Siegl. His team is responsible for an all-new frame and fairing, seat, fuel tank and more. They took Ducati's air-cooled two-cylinder 900cc engine as a basis, added to it a unique computer-drawn frame made of an extremely strong but light mixture of chrome and molybendium.
The entire frame thus weighs only 86 kilograms, and the fuel tank is made completely by hand and is also made of special material – urethane. They also added Showa front suspension, and on the rear wheel sports shock absorbers of a recognized manufacturer Öhlins. In doing so, they showed their aspiration to compete on racetracks, or simply for sporty, dynamic driving on winding country roads.

Although the leggero is reminiscent of some Ducati models from the past, its image is completely different unique and as such Siegel's creation. Although the technical specifications are not known for now, they are not important either, because you don't buy such a motorcycle for its performance, but for the reputation of the famous manufacturer of converted motorcycles. The price is suitable for this, but just under 22 thousand is not even excessive for such a beautiful and small-series motorcycle.
