Ingredients

    Ingredients for the dough:
  • 350 ml of warm water
  • 490 g of flour
  • pinch of salt
  • 1 small spoon of sugar
  • 10 g of dry yeast
  • olive oil
  • Ingredients for the filling :
  • olive oil
  • 1 mozzarella fior di latte
  • 150 g of cherry tomatoes
  • fresh basil leaves
  • salt and pepper
  • chili
  • arugula
  • dry salami to taste
  • green pesto
  • Camembert cheese

Directions

    Instructions for the dough:
  1. Mix the flour, salt and sugar in a large bowl. Add dry yeast and mix.
  2. Pour warm water and extra virgin olive oil into the dry ingredients. Knead the dough until it becomes smooth and elastic.
  3. Let the dough rest for 45 minutes.
  4. After the first rest, stretch and fold the dough. Repeat again after 45 minutes.
  5. Finally, shape the dough into a ball and leave it to rise for 1-2 hours until it doubles in size.
  6. Instructions for the filling:
  7. When the dough is ready, roll it to the desired thickness and place it on the baking sheet. Brush the dough with a little extra virgin olive oil.
  8. Slice the mozzarella and spread it evenly over the dough. Add sliced cherry tomatoes, fresh basil leaves, salt and pepper. If desired, add some chili, arugula, dried meat, green pesto or Camembert cheese.
  9. Preheat the oven to 220°C. Bake in the preheated oven for 10-15 minutes, until the dough is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
