Ingredients for a light cheesecake:

  • 500 grams of protein quark
  • 200 grams of cream cheese
  • 3 lemons
  • 80 grams of crushed biscuits
  • 50 grams of melted butter
  • 4 sheets of gelatin

Preparation of light cheesecake:

Mix the crushed biscuits with the melted butter. Mix to get a firm mass. Transfer the mixture to the pan and form a solid base. Mix the cream cheese with quark and add the grated rind of two lemons. Soak the gelatin sheets in cold water, then dissolve them in lemon juice (juice of three lemons) at a low temperature. Add the cheese and quark mass to this. Mix well and spread the cream evenly over the biscuit base. Have a good run!
