The 63rd Eurovision spectacle took place in the Eurovision Hall in Lisbon, where Israel won with the song Toy by Netta. This is the fourth victory for Israel, as they already celebrated at Eurovision in 1978, 1979 and 1998.
Eurovision audience led the presenters through the grand finale of Eurovision: Filomena Cautel, Silvia Alberto, Daniela Ruah and Catarina Furtado. Voting took place in such a way that each country presented points by reporting five-member expert juries in all 43 participating countries, and the presenters then presented more telephone voting points of all countries.
