This year's curator of the 17th edition of the Exodos festival is the Belgian screenwriter, choreographer, director and designer Jan Fabre. When such an important name of European theater takes over the reins of a certain festival, we can expect more than excess. Based on the principle that dance, theater and art must be a means of expressing beauty, he included ten performances in the festival program, and alongside these, another fifteen performances will be presented within the framework of the Balkan Dance Platform, which convinced above all with their aesthetics. The festival begins with a group of Santasangra artists, who present the history of water routes in the form of music, images, voice and body in the Kina Šiška cathedral. Their performances turn the stage into a wonderful lantern magic. Further performances of the festival only intensify the fascination with the beauty, magic and innovation of today's performance practices. In addition to the main program, you can also take part in gatherings, exhibitions and workshops within the framework of the festival.
