A puffy cloud rolls across the blue sky when we log in and the gospel is heard while we chat with friends - welcome to Facegloria, Brazil's evangelical social network. Although it looks a lot like Facebook at first glance, they want to be technically and morally better. This is a network where images of homosexuality, all violent content, erotic content and about 600 "forbidden" words are prohibited. There is also no "like" button, just an "amen" button. It all sounds pretty innocent, right?
One of the founders, web designer Atilla Barros, said that there is too much violence and pornography on Facebook. That's why they thought of establishing a network where they can talk about God, love and spread his word.
In Brazil, about 20 percent or 42 million people are evangelical and it is expected that by 2040 overtake the Catholics, the current dominant religion in the country.

For now, he has a social network Facegloria around 100 thousand users. The founders expect that the Facegloria mobile application will gain even more followers, and they are also projected English versions (under the name Faceglory) and in other languages. Currently, twenty volunteers help filter the content on Facegloria to delete what does not meet "flawless" standards.
