The Špancirfest festival in Varaždin takes place this year from August 21 to 30. In addition to the excellent music program (namely, Mando Diao, Nouvelle Vague, Parov Stelar Band, Gogol Bordello are coming to Varaždin), a whole range of other activities will take place, from creative workshops for the youngest to workshops for adults, activities for young artists and, of course, extremely attractive street program, which is the heart and soul of Špancirfest.
Music program on Spancirfest will take place this year on three stages, from Friday, August 21 to Sunday, August 30. Main stage the festival will be in the old city center, and the venue of the concerts will be well known to everyone Miljenko Stančić square and a new location Villa Bedeković. A ticket is required for the main stage and the villa, while the program on Stančić Square is free. Special attention is paid to the musical program on the main stage, which is located on the western side of the walls of the old city of Varaždin. In recent years, it has hosted big names from the regional and world music scene, which has made Špancirfest one of the most prestigious Croatian festivals.

They will perform on the stage in the old city center on Friday, August 21 Sarah Renard, Gattuso and Manda Diao; Maksim Mrvica will perform in Vila Bedeković, and they will perform for free in Miljenko Stančić square Nouvelle Vague.
Saturday, August 22, brings a more locally colored day - the main stage will thus be occupied Waking up and Bajaga & Instructors, Rundek Cargo Trio will perform in the villa, and Stančića Square will perform Pankrti.
On Sunday, August 23, we expect you in the old city center Parov Stelar Band, Jonathan from Rijeka and the Marquis of Zagreb. Massimo & Matija Dedić will perform in Villa Bedeković, and Dzambo Agushevi Orchestra from Macedonia will perform on Stančića Square.
On August 28, they will entertain us on the main stage SARS and Bad Copy, Josipa Lisac & Trio will perform in the villa, and Algerian singer Rachid Taha will perform in the square.
Saturday, August 29, brings to the old town Eda Maajko, Dječace and High5, will perform on the square Rambo Amadeus, Two Winnetous & One More, and Vlatko Stefanovski and Miroslav Tadić in the villa.
The last day of the festival will be served with the always exciting and entertaining Gogol Bordello and Dubiozo Collective Detour will perform on the main stage, on Stankić Square, and the sevdah singer Amira Medunjanin from Bosnia will perform in the villa.
