Raya paper artist Sader Bujana has created a series of figures from layers of paper in light of the upcoming Olympic Games in Rio, which were captured by Leo García Méndez. Some are also made from 150 pieces of paper.
Figures of athletes from layers of paper are the work of a Barcelona artist Raye Sader Bujana, and they inspired them 2016 Rio Olympics. The artist's intention was to express movement through paper.

All sculptures are completely made by hand (between the layers of paper 3 mm separators for a greater 3D effect), and hours and hours of time were invested in them, but as Raya Sader Bujana points out, it paid off to be patient.
