Recipe for Milka cake:
Ingredients for Milka cake:
- 300 g of Milka milk chocolate
- 100 g of Milka white chocolate
- 1 liter of milk
- 3 vanilla puddings
- 8-10 tablespoons of brown sugar
- 500 ml of sweet cream
- 200 g biscuits (Petit Beurre)
The process of preparing Milka cake:
First, mix sugar and puddings into 2 dcl of milk. Pour the rest of the milk into the pan and put it on medium heat and wait for the milk to boil. Add the pudding mixture and stir until a homogeneous mixture is formed. I then divide the cream in half. Add melted milk chocolate to the first, and melted white chocolate to the second. Mix and let them cool. In the meantime, whip the cream and add a quarter of it to each chocolate mixture and mix. Place the softened biscuits, which we have previously soaked in milk, on the bottom of the cake pan/model. Then first apply the light cream, followed by the dark one. Finish with the rest of the cream. Place the cake in the refrigerator for a few hours, and at the very end, you can decorate it with grated chocolate or something else. Have a good run!
