In love with London? Then meet the most unusual overnight stay in the city right now, a floating house in the middle of the River Thames in London? It's a fully functional houseboat that will be sailing down the River Thames these days, passing Chelsea, Westminster and Canary Wharf, among other places.
The house revealed on the website Airbnb, it is 8 meters tall and weighs just 70 tons and includes two bedrooms, a living room, a working bathroom, and even a garden, complete with real grass, a doghouse, and an apple tree. The house can host 4 adventure-seeking guests who will sail the Thames in it or with it. You will be pampered by the chef who owns the famous Michelin star. See photos of the interior of the floating house in the gallery.
It is actually a pop-up event, or accommodation, as the house will be available to four lucky people for one evening only, on May 22. Then, according to the authors, it sails somewhere towards the horizon.
