If you can't get to a pedicure salon, don't worry, because you can get a pedicure at home. With a few simple steps and tricks that we reveal in the article, your feet will look like they came from the salon.

For a pedicure in your home you need:

– a towel
– a bathtub with water
– 1 tablespoon of bath salt
– 2-3 drops of essential oil of your choice
– pedicure accessories or products
– peeling
– foot cream or butter
– skin oil
– nail kit
– nail polish remover
– cotton pads
– varnish: base coat, top coat and color as desired

First of all remove old nail polish from your nails. For nail polish that is difficult to remove, such as glitter, you can soak a cotton ball in acetone and place it over the entire nail surface. Wrap it in foil for a minute or two. Acetone will destroy the varnish, but after the procedure, wipe the nails well.

Fill the tub with warm water and add bath salts and essential oils of your choice. Salt helps refresh your feet, especially if you sweat a lot. You can also try using tea tree oil due to its antiseptic properties, chamomile as an anti-inflammatory or eucalyptus for pain relief. Soak your feet in the prepared water for a few minutes.

Add salt and essential oils of your choice to the bath.

You can also use a foot mask that it works wonders dry and tired legs. To combat dry heels, look for one with moisturizing ingredients, such as shea butter, cocoa butter, coconut oil or olive oil.

How to cut and shape toenails

Cut your nails and shape them. Consider cutting your nails straight, but most importantly, smooth the edges with a nail file to avoid ingrown hairs. After cutting, apply a little cuticle oil around them.
