Ingridients: medium Hokkaido pumpkin, olive oil, salt, pepper, spices
Preparation: Pumpkin season has begun. Hokkaido is the most suitable, but make sure it is ripe enough. Cut the pumpkin and clean the seeds. Cut it like french fries and fry it in olive oil. If desired, you can also put it in the oven and let it bake until crispy. We enjoy it on its own with some kind of dip or as a side dish to various meat dishes.
