Fructal donated 20,000 liters of ethyl alcohol to the Republic of Slovenia for the preparation of disinfectants.
Fructal uses ethyl alcohol to prepare some of its products, which can also be used to prepare disinfectants. As the situation worsens due to the coronavirus epidemic, there is also a great shortage of protective means, including disinfectants, Fructal decided to donate 20,000 liters of ethyl alcohol to the Republic of Slovenia. Today, the entire quantity of ethyl alcohol was taken over from the Institute of Commodity Reserves of the Republic of Slovenia.
Already last week, Fructal donated 3,000 liters of ethyl alcohol to the Ajdovščina Health Center and the crisis headquarters of the Ajdovščina Municipality, from which they have already prepared funds for
disinfection. In addition to ethyl alcohol, Fructal also donates food products to the Red Cross and the municipal Civil Protection headquarters, thus helping the local environment and vulnerable groups.
