Fruit and cereal bars for more energy

In just a few short steps, we can make deliciously crunchy fruit and cereal bars that are full of nutrients and just the way we like them. The ingredients of the tiles, which instantly fill us with energy that lasts and lasts, can be adjusted to your taste.

Of course, the best ones will be those made from dried fruit and nuts full of healthy fats, without artificial colors, preservatives and white sugar.

To prepare about 10 delicious bars, we need:

• 200g of oatmeal
• 100g of coconut flour
• 150g of almond leaves
• 50g of dark chocolate
• 30g of dried apricots
• 30g of dried cranberries
• 200g pitted and chopped dates
• 50g goji strawberries
• 40g of flax seeds
• 40g of pumpkin seeds
• 10g of coconut butter
• 1 tablespoon of agave syrup
• 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
• 3 tablespoons of orange juice

Preparation process:
Pour orange juice over the seeds and let stand for 20 minutes. Put all the ingredients – except the goji berries and cranberries – in an electric mixer and mix until you get a uniformly thick mass with a slightly crunchy texture. Add goji berries and cranberries to the mass and mix slightly. Spread the mixture on the rolling base and add a little more coconut flour if necessary. Knead the dough and roll it out to a thickness of about 1 cm. We put the dough in the refrigerator overnight and the next day we cut it into the desired size tiles, which we place in a container or tray lined with baking paper. The excellent bars can be kept in the refrigerator for as long as 1 week, and if desired, they can also be frozen. In this way, we will always have an extremely tasty and healthy meal at hand.
