Pancakes in the shape of ghosts
You need the following ingredients for preparation:
- 1 orange yogurt
- ¼ cup maple syrup
- 2 cups flour
- 1 ¼ cups milk
- 1 egg
- 1 teaspoon of unsweetened cocoa
- 1 teaspoon of sugar
Preparation
First, mix the yogurt and maple syrup in a small bowl. Set the mixture aside as it will serve as a topping. In another bowl, mix the flour, milk and egg to make the pancake batter. In a third bowl, mix the cocoa, sugar and a little pancake batter to make a dark batter.
First, take the dark batter and drop a few drops on the hot pan to create the ghost's nose and mouth. Then pour the normal light batter around the eyes and mouth and continue pouring the batter down to get an irregular shape. Bake like regular pancakes, then serve with the syrup mixture.
Or you can bake pancakes in the shape of a ghost, and then decorate them with sweet cream, different colored crumbs and chocolate.
