Garmin Ltd., a global leader in satellite navigation, announced a new product, vívofit, the only activity tracker that automatically greets users with a personal daily goal, tracks progress and reminds them when it's time to get active.
Garmin Vivofit is stylishly designed and lightweight activity meter, designed to change good intentions in lifelong habits. It has a unique curved screen, which is always on. Vívofit also shows steps, countdown to your goal, calories burned, distance and time of day. It contains a replaceable battery with an autonomy of over a year and is waterproof up to a depth of 50 meters and compatible with ANT+ heart rate sensors for sports activities.
