Spirit of '45 - Documentary by acclaimed director Ken Loach

In the film, the director recalls the spirit of style and solidarity that pervaded Great Britain during the Second World War and brought the idea of a new, more socially just society. The author himself is of the opinion that perhaps the time has come to remember the past and learn something from it.

The premiere screening on Wednesday, October 2, will be followed by a discussion in the Kavarna. Božo Repe, Uroš Lubej and Luka Mesec (moderator) will talk.
