He wrote the song Cesarica for Oliver Dragojević, which is known as the biggest pop hit of all time. Gibonni immediately became the most sought-after and respected musician and composer, and his songs without exception became big hits. Very successful albums and various awards for the work followed. His music can be said to be a mixture of pop, ethno and world music, and is so unique because of the unique, melancholic Mediterranean atmosphere and intimate lyrics.
