Gik it is the first blue wine in the world! It is a mixture of red and white grapes that ripen at different points Spain and is a product of a research institution Azti Tecnalia and Basque universities. They give it a unique color anthocyanin pigment and blue-violet dye indigo (obtained from grape skins).
