Ballerina Mary Helen Bowers has immortalized her unique anticipation in a beautiful set of photos, where she gracefully executes ballet figures despite her pregnant belly.
Mary has been dancing since she was 15, ever since she was accepted at School of American Ballet in Manhattan, and for a decade she then performed with New York City Ballet. Now, in his SoHo studio, he runs a special exercise program called Ballet Beautiful, which helps to get an enviable ballet figure. Amazingly, she managed to maintain all the flexibility and elegance of a prima ballerina throughout her pregnancy, as evidenced by the photos on her Instagram page.
