The popularity of the new trend of preparing meat the way it is slow roasting and smoking lately it has been conquering our space and represents much more than just patties, čevapčičes and steaks.
On the first larger one Grill & BBQ fest they invited everyone to participate representatives of slow roasting or smoking meat in so-called "smokers", as well grill master, who will be preparing various pieces of grilled meat in a different way. But since such well-prepared meat also goes well with good drinks, they will also be at the festival craft brewers and Slovenian winemakers.
