The FMW Motorcycles workshop is located in Ancona, Italy, and the fruit of their efforts and work is a completely unique Harley-Davidson Hurakàn. The workshop has already built a convincing reputation, and with the latest "café racer" they will only increase it even more. Next time you're wandering the shores of the Mediterranean Sea, just keep your eyes peeled and keep an eye out for Hurakàn. Maybe you'll see him.
As explained to us at FMW Motorcycles, the word Hurakàn means the Mayan deity responsible for wind, fire and storms. Not only is this sila an interesting name for a motorcycle, all these components of the Mayan deity were also the inspiration for the design of the motorcycle. First of all, there had to be a motorcycle with that name completely unique and, of course very strong. In addition, it must have excellent dynamics and excellent driving characteristics.
Because the characteristics Harley-Davidson are not the most performance-oriented, they installed an additional "filed" in the Hurakàn S&S V-twin engine. The engine is thus quite powerful, and the rest is reminiscent of retro design and the iconic image of old Italian racing motorcycles. The exhaust system of the Hurakàn is quite complex and completely handmade. All other frame components on the engine are also handmade, where you will find a lot thick aluminum, which is able to withstand the vibrations of a powerful engine. The rear hides the oil tank and 5 liter fuel tank, which consists of two parts. All this simply because the designers wanted to hide all the electronics and cover the device Motoscope Pro, which allows the motorist to monitor his driving.
