His sculptures are intended to raise awareness, as it depicts points that have problems with pollution of the local population. The biggest challenge in creating is butter temperature. He keeps it in the fridge and creates in three-minute intervals, because then the butter becomes too soft. He also has to pay attention to the temperature of his hands, so he soaks them in very cold water before carving. Check out his amazing ones butter sculptures.
