The exclusive Pirelli calendar, known for its glamorous portraits of naked women, has undergone a makeover for its 43rd edition. This time, it includes thirteen influential women from different backgrounds who were photographed by world-renowned photographer Annie Leibovitz for the 2016 Pirelli calendar.
The Pirelli Calendar it has enjoyed an exceptional reputation for many years - it is home to super sexy women and top models who are caught in the lens of fashion photographers.
This year is a bit different - at Pirelli, they decided that they wanted to something different. Instead of their typical erotic or soft pornographic photo series, this time we can admire it on the calendar female athletes, business women, intellectuals and another elite of the gentler sex: Yao Chen, Natalia Vodianova, Kathleen Kennedy, Agnes Gund with her granddaughter Sadie Rain Hope -Gund, Serena Williams, Mellody Hobson, Fran Lebowitz, Avo Duvernay, Tavi Gevinson, Shirin Neshat, Yoko Ono, Patti Smith and Amy Schumer.
