Ingredients for iced Irish coffee (for 2 to 4 coffees):
- 2 cups of chilled strong black coffee
- 1 ½ cups sweet cream
- 80 ml of Irish whiskey
- 1 chocolate bar, melted
Preparation of iced Irish coffee:
Pour the coffee into an ice maker and freeze. Do the same with the sweet cream (use 1 cup). Whip the remaining sweet cream and set aside. Take 4 iced coffee cubes and place them in a blender. Add another 40 ml of Irish whiskey and stir to form a frothy mass. Add 2 cubes of frozen sweet cream and 1 tablespoon of chocolate. Mix it up. Pour into a mug and garnish with whipped cream and melted chocolate.
