Wine and cuisine definitely belong together, so it's no surprise that catering is also part of the family's life Maybe Morel. The mild climate and landscape in Goriške Brdy had a decisive influence on the cuisine. Different traditions (Slovenian, Friulian, Habsburg) have interwoven on this piece of land, and thus "Briška" cuisine is something special. At the Kabaj homestead, they looked for their grandmothers' cookbooks and rich "brisque" cuisine added a pinch of novelty and imagination. For the gourmet pampering of closed parties and groups, they prepare a specially agreed menu with accompanying wines. And, if desired, a tour of the wine cellar.
