Honest write-up by Ula Furlan: My 4 key goals for the rest of 2016

The year 2016 is coming to an end. Have you already drawn a line under the year that remains behind us and set goals for the year to come? Read the honest account of the famous Slovenian woman, Ula Furlan, in which you will certainly find representatives of the fairer sex.

Since summer turned so quickly into autumn, and since the northern breeze from the mountains can already be felt in the air, which sometimes quickly stitches my cheeks and ears in the morning, my thoughts now and then want to escape to 2017. Inevitably, I they recall the already decorated super department stores and the lighting of festive lights in the center of Ljubljana. Ugh.

This summer was a mini turning point for me

You could feel that almost the last part of the eternally optimistic, stubborn teenager in me had packed its bags and moved to the ladies', well, women's, floor. This restless rhythm, everyday spontaneity, life on the fly and a hundred per hour have always suited me strangely, but today such bubbling makes me tired very quickly. My inner nature still impulsively rushes to all ends, but holistically, inwardly and outwardly, I want to tick off another goal, talent, ambition, find a meaningful, healthier, harmonious rhythm.

My goals for the rest of 2016

That's why I'm thinking about what a new start could bring me in 2017 and what I would like in 2016. To make both me, a woman, and me, a whirlwind enthusiast, happy.

1. Even as I write these sentences, I am applauding myself, because with my thoughts and without hesitation I associate with silence, the keyboard and myself. That's why I promise myself to move to a refreshed platform before the end of the year and I open my website, my blog.

2. I promise to clear up my schedule and priorities, yes I find time for those I miss, for shades of myself that I fail to capture.

3. I swear to myself daily smart eating (at least one warm, nice, "inter-work" meal a day, and even if that means rachet or goulash at 11:00, because then the canteen closes almost 3, 2, 1). Well fruit in the office and mandatory daily a pot of Acitive in the work and home refrigerator, for a morning kick-start or a smart snack - an honorable scout -, of course with salads, soups, sandwiches and the work vending machine, which most likely still inevitably remain.

4. I promise myself systematicity, consistency and what not a visit to the sports club, by accident, negligence or a little under duress. To prepare my body for new victories, to infuse it with strength and stay in internal harmony. "InSync" with itself.

Sounds good, grand finale 2016, I am, at least internally, ready.
