At the Hyde Architects architectural office, they set themselves the task of designing a residence that, despite the fact that it is built in a quarry, would satisfy the wishes of even a demanding artistic soul with its appearance.
Architects at the design office Hyde Architects they excellently overcome the obstacles presented by a diverse and unfriendly environment. They manage to build a beautiful modern building even in a quarry. This is successfully demonstrated by one of their latest projects - House for a Photographer. The house, which is located on a secluded and abandoned quarry, near the Brecon National Park, is built in such a way that, despite its location, it receives a lot of light and allows a view reminiscent of the camera obscura effect. Despite the limited means of construction, the house looks downright luxurious, pleasantly warm and, above all, extremely airy.
