How to clean blinds easily?

You need

  • antistatic dust cloth or microfiber cloth
  • a mixture of water and alcoholic vinegar (ratio 1:1)
  • mixing bowl
  • brush

Process

  1. Preparation of the mixture: Mix an equal ratio of water and alcohol vinegar in a container. This combination will effectively remove dirt and at the same time prevent the re-accumulation of dust.
  2. Cloth: Use an anti-static dust cloth or microfiber cloth. These types of cloths are ideal as they prevent dust from accumulating on the surface of the blinds.
  3. Moisten the cloth: Wet the cloth evenly with a mixture of water and alcohol vinegar. Make sure it is not too wet to avoid water dripping onto the floor.
  4. Cleaning the slats: Gently wipe each slat on the blinds. By moving the cloth in one direction from top to bottom, you will effectively remove dust and dirt. If you have problems with dust getting stuck between the slats, use a brush.
  5. Wipe both sides: Repeat the same process on both sides of the blinds. This will ensure comprehensive cleaning and refreshment.
  6. Dry cloth: After cleaning, use a dry cloth or anti-static dust cloth to further polish the blinds. This will prevent dust from accumulating on the cleaned surfaces.
