Although we use our brains every day, most of our tasks have become routine, so our brains don't overexert themselves on an average day. However, in order to stay in great shape, we must provide them with a little brain recreation and, of course, optimal conditions for maintaining and acquiring brain (z)possibilities.
The brain is a very important organ of our body (you don't have to strain your brain too much to know why!), and in order for it to serve us well for a long time, we need to take good care of it. Everyday tasks we already do it with the left hand and so we don't strain the brain too much, which is unfortunately not the best for them, because they need exercise to stay in good shape.

Over the years, the possibility of getting sick also increases dementia and Alzheimer's disease. After the age of 65, the chance of developing Alzheimer's disease doubles every 5 years. The early symptoms of this disease can attack us after the age of 40, which is why it is so important to start taking care of prevention as soon as possible.

Sports are great for the brain, because when we move our body, the blood flow increases, which also refreshes our brain. That's why we recommend a large dose of physical activity before tests or important decisions!
Avoiding stress
When we are under stress, the level of the hormone cortisol increases in our blood, which damages our brain. Chronic stress therefore damages not only our body, but especially our brain. And how to avoid stress? To begin with, let's take at least 15 minutes a day and calm down - let's get comfortable with calm music and let go of our worries.
Let's challenge ourselves
The brain likes to learn, and we exercise it best when learning. Did you want to learn a new language? Maybe try your hand at playing the guitar? Or do you just enjoy solving crossword puzzles? All of the above will help you make new brain connections!
Eat it less salt
Eating less salt will improve your blood flow and generally benefit your brain.
Are you right-handed?
Use your left hand when writing – and vice versa! Sure, your handwriting will be slightly less legible (maybe don't use this trick at work!) but trust us, you'll be doing your brain a huge favor!

Meditation helps to avoid stress and improve memory. It has been proven to reduce the level of the stress hormone cortisol.
Sleep
Sleep is extremely important for a healthy body and a healthy brain. Getting enough sleep slows the decline of your memory while allowing your body to build important proteins that your brain still needs.
