How to live life to the fullest so you don't burn out

In the modern world, where everything happens at an incredibly fast pace, we are constantly walking on the edge of failure, trying to realize our dreams while maintaining our sanity and stability so that we don't burn out.

And we are constantly in danger of having just that happen to us. In the struggle for achievements, we are always tense, because we want to win.

In this fight, time is the greatest enemy and we cannot defeat it. It constantly eludes us and urges us even more to try to organize as smartly as possible, set priorities, be productive. And, hopefully, we manage to take advantage of at least a little of the elusive time to relax and feel some peace.

But even in that peace, we are not at peace, because we feel like we are wasting time. We feel guilty for resting instead of doing something useful.

One of the most challenging things is to learn how to stop filling our days with things that don't fulfill us.

The truth is that no matter what stage of life we are currently in, we don't have to do everything. We don't need to understand or plan everything. We don't have to achieve everything and have everything. It's okay not to know where our career path is taking us or what exactly we want to do.

We will not achieve our goals sooner if we are in a hurry, because we are shifts happen when we are ready for them. We have to accept that the dynamics of life and development move according to some plan that does not even take into account our ambitions or fears.

Time wins every battle, so there is no point in fighting these battles.

We do not rush, because rushing does not speed things up, it only brings stress and burnout. It is enough to stay the course and try to do the right thing the moment we do something.

Events will happen, life will bring you rest, something that will require us to slow down.

Let's go slow and feel all the feels, that we suppressed somewhere along the way, and let's listen to the hum of the thoughts we ran from.

Let's slow down before life events force us to. We live at our own pace, because the journey is ours alone and we can travel slower than others.

We are allowed to enjoy the journey, and that sometimes we do nothing but enjoy the journey, even if we are not moving.

It takes a lot of courage to breathe deeply every day, to sleep peacefully at night, to be present in what is happening right now.
