We all find ourselves at some point in our lives at the most stressful, inspiring, challenging and at times "oh-my-god-my-head-is-going-to-explode" period. We are also parents, partners and full-time employees. So how do we do everything we want? We have prepared a list that should serve as inspiration to catch at least one dream.
1. Think carefully before starting something new.
Let's calculate how much time the new activity will take and how much it will cost us. When we have everything we need, let's convince ourselves that we can do it. Win the argument with yourself and the battle is half won. It also doesn't hurt to consult a person close to us - a partner, mentor or parents. Together, we can consider ideas and if we are still completely convinced of our new goal, then it is time to start our new activity.
2. Let's get strong support.
Let our partner be our rock. If our new idea did not throw him off his chair, then we are on the right track - then our "rock" is ready to jump to help when needed. We must always make sure that there are people who believe in us. Be it a partner, parents or a mentor. There's nothing wrong with being a little selfish sometimes. More support - more success.

3. Let's devote ourselves to the task that awaits us at the moment.
This can present a few more problems. It is important to know that at work we must focus on work, when we are with our parents it is right that they are the center of attention, at home we must be our partner's support when he needs it, when we are parents, we are just parents, when we are on our new activities, we have to give ourselves one hundred percent to it... The biggest challenge we can face is lack of sleep and exhaustion. And if we let it throw us off track, it certainly will. The best thing we can do is to fully commit to the environment we are in right now. And if sometimes we fail, it's okay. Everything will never go as planned. Let's hope for the best, plan for the worst.
4. Let's not give up.
It is more than obvious that we should never give up if we commit to something. Although sometimes we are tempted. Then it is right to return to the first point - to think again and find support. If we need a day for ourselves, we take it. Everything will be easier the next day.
5. Let us not be afraid to ask for help.
Let's lean on someone close and talk about everything that weighs on us. It's okay to seek help, be it from a loved one or a professional - we're not perfect. And if we are ready to help ourselves, we will surely succeed.
Let's take our time, don't rush and know our limits. Let's not forget to take some time for ourselves and have a great time with everything.
