Beemve's latest contribution to lower pollution is called the BMW ActiveHybrid 7, which successfully combines a V8 gasoline engine, an 8-speed automatic transmission and an electric motor in the role of a hybrid concept based on the "seven". According to the factory, the driving power (342 kW) is transmitted through an 8-speed automatic transmission, with the electric motor placed between the gasoline engine and the automatic transmission converter. The energy of the electric motor is provided by a specially developed lithium-ion battery. Hybrid technology enables excellent acceleration (4.9 s to 100 km/h) and economical driving (9.4 liters per 100 km on average). Despite the automatic transmission, it boasts a start/stop function that prevents unnecessary engine operation at idle. The air conditioning system also works independently of the gasoline engine, which means that the "seven" can cool down even before the driver starts the engine.
