A new Netflix documentary from creator Bryan Fogel exposes the horrors of Russian doping. The documentary Icarus tackles one of the biggest doping scams in the history of sports.
For this purpose, Fogel started to dope himself in order to understand how arrest can be easily avoided, and he was assisted by the Russian expert dd. Grigory Rodchenkov. But the story does not end there, as the director successfully paints the Russian political picture and also delves into the personality of the scientist Rodchenkov. The film won the Orwell Award at this year's Sundance Film Festival.
