Ice cream turns into one of the most desirable refreshments in the summer heat. This delicious, refreshing ice cream is made sugar-free and dairy-free, so it's great for both people trying to lose weight and vegans who don't eat anything of animal origin.
You need the following ingredients for preparation:
- 2 kiwis
- a spoonful of honey
- 3x 10 to 20 ml of water
- some strawberries
- 1 banana
- plastic or paper cups and wooden sticks or ice cream molds.
Peel the kiwi and mix it with 20 ml of water and honey. Cut another kiwi into slices and arrange it in a glass or ice cream mold. Pour the mixture you prepared earlier into a mold, place a wooden stick in the middle and freeze everything together.
If you are not a fan of kiwi fruit, you can also prepare this type of ice cream or an ice pop from other fruit; such as strawberries, raspberries, blueberries, watermelon. Process preparation is the same, maybe just be careful with the amount of water added. The lights prepared in this way are a pleasant refreshment hot summer days.
