You must have already noticed them at the market in Ljubljana, on Cankarjev embrežje or on the main square in Maribor. What are we talking about? About Icy bobo ice-cream rolls, the first such rolls in Slovenia, which were introduced to our market last year.

Ideas about ice cream rolls they did To Jakšet and Larisa Casar gave birth while traveling in Asia, where they in Thailand, the country where rolls were born, also tried it for the first time. They immediately fell in love with the taste and above all with the preparation technique. They were like that last year was the first to offer ice cream rolls on the Slovenian market under the Lavine brand. There was really a lot of enthusiasm. They were discovered by various "food bloggers", among others I live in Ljubljana, when their video was seen through 21 thousand enthusiastic ice cream lovers.
The ice cream is made in front of your eyes, and the quality of the ice cream is made with fruit (raspberries, strawberries and wild blueberries) bought daily on the spot at the market from a local fruit grower (Krošelj farm) or forest berry pickers. They also use premium chocolate toppings with high cocoa content and premium chocolates (Ferrero Rocher, Raffaello...).
After a successful start last year, they expanded their operations this year. Next to the central Ljubljana market at the Butcher's Bridge are now present on the Cankar embankment at Chill Out Cafe and through the first franchise unit in Maribor on Main Square (Rotovž restaurant). The plan is to expand into the following year other Slovenian places and Austria.
This year's specialty is cocktail ice cream rolls Cuban Icy Bobo according to original recipes A mojito, Pina Colada and Raspberry Daiquiri. As the first in Slovenia, they also offer ice cream from Matcha green tea and goji berries, which is a real bomb of antioxidants. This tea was already drunk by the samurai before the fight, who supplied themselves with the necessary energy in this way. All types of green tea contain caffeine, but in matcha it is especially concentrated.
All outlets are dressed in living Nordic moss (living walls) and natural pine, which reflects, among other things dedication to the selection of natural materials and ingredients in ice cream.
