Ikea and the Swedish camera and camcorder company Hasselblad have joined forces. Ikea x Hasselblad marks the birth of a new artistic collaboration, Norrhassel. Norrhassel is a collection of eight unique portraits and shots of nature, and the collaboration between Ikea and Hasselblad aims primarily to democratize and make art more accessible.
Hasselblad, the Swedish camera and camera company has been involved in major global events for over 50 years. The year 2018 will be crowned with an important collaboration. Ikea x Hasselblad represents the birth of a new artistic collaboration Norrhassel. It's a collection eight unique portraits and nature shots, which are on Design festival in Madrid received awards for the best photos. The authors of the photos are: Dmitry Ageev, Lars van de Goor, Hans Strand, Bara Prasilova, Or Rajabi, Tom D. Jones and Joachim Schmeisser. The main purpose of the Norrhassel cooperation is to make art more accessible to a wider audience. Thus, more individuals will be able to afford to bring a work of art into their home.
