Summer course Yogalates is intended for all active people, as well as for those who ran out of time to take care of themselves during the year. Yoga, pilates exercises and deep relaxation in one.
With pilates exercises, we will ensure that the tummies, legs and buttocks are ready for a relaxed bikini season, with vinyasa yoga style exercises for balanced physical strength, endurance, body mobility and attention to your physical and subtle body. Our yoga teacher Ana Benkovič emphasizes the importance of physical exercise, which must be followed by deep relaxation, because only such exercise has a truly comprehensive effect on the body and mind.
Wear breathable and soft clothes, get water to rehydrate your body. Cushions are available in the Casino.
Do not eat a main meal at least two hours before exercise.

The training will take place at on Tuesdays and Thursdays; we will be together from 19:00 to 20:30 hours. Exercise in each of the terms includes 4 exercises.
