iScream is a Slovenian ice cream machine that did extremely well on Kickstarter. In two days, he collected one hundred thousand dollars. And what makes iScream so special? The homemade ice cream machine works by leaving its freezing unit in the freezer overnight, and the next day it is put into the machine, the ingredients are added to it, and the machine mixes and cools them. The device, which is capable of preparing two different flavors of ice cream at once, is also very elaborate in design.
Slovenian homemade ice cream maker iScream is, among other things, also connected to a smartphone. So it is possible to manage it through it, and at the same time it guides us through it recipes, which can be shared with friends. The phone also notifies us when the ice cream is finished. Current devices do not have this function.
The homemade ice cream machine iScream is a product of the company Iskra Mechanisms, which was entrusted to the three-member team that leads it Janez Ambrožič, and they are still with him Boštjan Mulej and Nina Knežević.
And although the financial goal they set on Kickstarter was fifty thousand US dollars, they managed to collect as much as one hundred thousand US dollars in two days. A smart ice cream maker that will prepare just what we need two different flavors of ice cream at once, is available on Kickstarter for 170 euros, and will be available in July next year. According to Ambrožič, they are mainly targeting young families from Europe and the USA with the device.
