K4 promises a techno treat on the last day of January. Here comes James Ruskin.
In the second half of the nineties, Ruskin was enthusiastic about hip hop and electro. It wasn't long before he got to know the authentic sound of then-developing Detroit techno. A love was born that, somehow, in a slightly different form, still flourishes today. Almost two decades have passed since his first Outline release on Blueprint, titled First Contact. Ruskin also has his own Blueprint label and releases his music on the cult Berlin label Tresor, Richard Polson's Surface and Dynamic Tension Surgeon to name just a few. Loud, solid and moving techno promises us.
Of course, there is no good party without support. Tonske, Nitz, Brt Čutul, Shu'm will take care of us on the smaller dance floor. We will be heated and cooled by Bench, Simex and Thon Kland.
