Japanese cooking workshops with Japanese chef painter Sato Shin

In cooperation with the top Japanese chef Sato Shin and the Dishi restaurant, which delights every day with a varied and diverse range of lunches and afternoon refreshments, the Silk Road organizes a series of Japanese culinary creations.

By learning about the cultural background, basic ingredients and variously demanding cooking methods, you will be able to enter a diverse world Japanese cuisine, which will undoubtedly lead you to further explore the uniqueness of Japan and its flavors. In a pleasant home environment Dishi restaurants in the very center of the city, you will be welcomed by delicacies, which we will then learn to prepare. During the creative workshop, you will indulge in wisdom of Master Sat, which will take you on a culinary journey through the distant land of the rising sun through a careful and vivid explanation of cooking techniques and ukan. Get your own wooden flip-flops and obi!

Workshops are intended both beginners and experts, both to palates that speak Japanese well and to those who have never even tasted konichiwa. You will be able to learn Japanese cuisine through its culture first-hand, cooks supported by the dishes you will then create (Japanese dumplings, Japanese soups, tempura, sushi and much more). You will take home package of ingredients (worth 5 to 8 euros) so that the knowledge does not leave your memory.

There is one workshop 45 euros per person; everyone who registers for 2 or more workshops gets a one-time 10% discount for purchasing a product in the Silk Road store
