Jasna – Slovakia's largest ski resort

Yes, Slovakia

Not only in name, Slovenians and Slovaks are similar in skiing habits. Slovenians experience skiing as a national sport, which is hard to say for Slovaks, but both of us much prefer going abroad to our home terrain, which does not mean that Slovakian ski centers are not worth a visit.

Sure it is the largest ski resort, laying in Low Tatras, which are part of the national park Napanth. Ski slopes they lie on the slopes of the mountain Bunch, which rises slightly more than two thousand meters high. 45 kilometers of groomed trails are suitable for all levels of skiing skills, and snow is guaranteed for at least five months, also due to the possibility of artificial snowmaking.

Twenty-nine lifts will be officially launched this year on Saturday, November 30, with a big musical opening, in which everyone who means something on the Slovak entertainment music scene will participate. Musical events will be lined up throughout the day, and after the end of the skiing day, the fun will continue in the Happy End club with a mega night party.
