H&M presents a new collection in collaboration with the street fashion icon Kangol brand and Brit Award-winning and internationally known musician Mabel. The collection was inspired by Mabel's style and consists of 31 pieces, both classic and new Kangol pieces, including two designed by Mabel.
Kangol it is the legendary streetwear brand, which can be instantly recognized by its kangaroo logo. The English brand was founded in 1920. Kangol's hats became a key piece of style that evolved from the hip-hop culture of the 1980s and 1990s. It's the same authenticity that makes Kangol a key brand for fans around the world today. Mabel is currently one of the most sought-after stars in the world, with more than half a billion views on tracks like Don't Call Me Up, Mad Love and Boyfriend. Mabel writes her own songs and defines her own style, with a unique attitude towards creativity and self-respect.
The collection includes the perfect Kangol wardrobe for all members of the new "self-made" generation, like Mabel: fresh, authentic, fun. This is a complete collection with all the pieces for autumn, from puffer jackets with hoods and long jackets, to relaxed cardigans and knitted sweaters with Kangol's production method and logo. These are key pieces such as a cropped pullover in cream or colored stripes, an oversized logo T-shirt and a stretch midi dress with long sleeves. Mabel also created two pieces herself: a "slip" dress with a touch of street fashion and Kangol logos and a Kangol tracksuit.
It is also available a full range of fashion accessories, such as the world-famous Kangol "bucket hat" and also "beanie" caps and caps with cofis. A square shoulder bag, a shopping bag, a smaller bag and pendants are also available. Kangol logo socks are made to be seen, and the look is finished with Kangol elastics.
The Kangol x H&M feat Mabel collection is available from September 17 at hm.com and in selected H&M stores worldwide.
