Katarina Čas is currently our hottest acting name, as she diligently plays roles in foreign films with star casts. One of them is the sci-fi film The Rift, the first curtain of which recently fell in Belgrade. Dejan Zečević is directing the film, which is being produced in a Serbian-Slovenian-Korean production, and the Časovi company is made up of two other well-known names - the Serbian star Dragan Mićanović and the legend of American TV series Monte Markham.
Katarina Chas started shooting her new movie in Belgrade a few days ago The Rift, which boasts a rather unusual genre. It is a science fiction thriller. Chasova, who came to the recording straight from the premiere of the New York drama Danny Collins, in which she co-starred with an old Hollywood fox Al Pacino, will appear in the role of a secret agent.
During the filming, which will take place for three weeks, it will rotate between different locations in Belgrade and Pančevo, where the scenes will be filmed with a story about American and Serbian agents, who are on a mission to secure data from a fallen military satellite. But the matter gets complicated when something awaits them at the crash site instead of data hostile and alien. And the battle for survival can begin.

Internationally established names can also be found behind the camera in the film The Rift, as producers Milan Todorović and Marko Jocić, who collaborated with the films Zone of the Dead and Mamula made a name for themselves abroad, as in the category of foreign films they are considered to be the most watched feature films on Netflix.
