At Lamborghini, they teased us for months, showed us 'spy' photos, speculated and set records on the Nürburgring track. At the event in California's Pebble Beach, the most toxic Lamborghini Aventador SVJ was presented to us in more detail.
Lamborghini Aventador SVJ is an even more toxic version of the Aventador SV, with more power and yet more sophisticated aerodynamics. It will only be available 963 the most powerful Aventadors of which there will be 63 represented a special series of SVJ 63 commemorating the year 1963, which is the year Lamborghini was founded.
The Lamborghini Aventador SVJ has a V 12-cylinder engine, which is the strongest 12-cylinder that ever rolled out of the Lamborghini factory. It has 770 of horses powers and 720 newton meters of torque, which is enough to from 0 to 100 km/h shoots into the mere 2.8 seconds. After 8.6 seconds already reaching speed 200 km/h, while its maximum speed is over 350 km/h. The SVJ is equipped as standard with Lamborghini's rear-wheel auxiliary steering and Pirelli P Zero Corsa tires developed specifically for the SVJ model. The Aventador SVJ weighs only 1,525 kilograms and has for 40 % larger the force that pushes the car towards the ground.
But the essence of the Aventador SVJ is not just about power. The latest supercar can boast of another generation Lamborghini system Aerodynamics Lamborghini Attiva or for short Alas. ALA can adjusts loads forces that work on the car. The system contains several 'wings' on the front and rear of the car, which can be activated earlier than v 500 milliseconds and thereby provide aerodynamic force, for optimally driving through curves or the fastest acceleration along the plane.
