Lamborghini Sián has become even better and even more attractive - it dropped the roof!
Lamborghini revealed its first hybrid in the second half of last year, and now it has taken the roof off the top model. Limited edition hypercar Lamborghini Sián Roadster is a blend of unique hybrid technology that allows the Italian brand to maintain its performance and its soul. “It is an expression of breathtaking design and exceptional performance, but most importantly, it embodies the important technologies of the future. The Sián's hybrid powertrain heralds the direction for Lamborghini supercars, and the open Sián Roadster only confirms the desire for the ultimate Lamborghini lifestyle.” Stefano Domenicali, president of Lamborghini, said at the launch of the model.
Although the Lamborghini Sián Roadster reveals a futuristic interpretation of the coupe, its design was strongly influenced by it Countach model (Kuntaš) from 1974. This similarity is particularly evident with the help of the "periscopio" line, which culminates in the vents behind the driver and passenger, and a great deal of similarity can also be seen in the hexagonal rear lights.
Like the exterior, so is the interior a combination of cutting-edge new technologies and highly sensual design. The elegant combination of white with details in blue glauco and aluminum elements adorns carbon fiber surfaces such as The Control Panel. Elements such as vents can be 3D printed, allowing customization for each customer.
The V12 engine produces 765 hp, 34 of which are added by the 48-volt electric motor, which is not powered by a lithium-ion battery, but by a lighter and more powerful supercapacitor. In total, it therefore offers quite a bit 819 hp and reaches top speed at 350 km/h. From 0 to 100 km/h it accelerates in less than 2.9 seconds.
Lamborghini made only 19 copies, but they are all sold. Every model is different, because the new owners of the roadster could design it according to their taste. And the price? The official price was not disclosed, but it is rumored that they had to shell out at least 3 million euros for it.
