Laurent Chehere is no ordinary photographer, nor was he satisfied with photographing houses in their natural environment. He photographed houses that flew! It sounds like a scene from the movie Up, only without the balloons and with some seriously amazing photo manipulation for this impressive Flying Houses score.
French photographer Laurent Chehere, who is known for his commercial work for clients such as Audi and Nike, decided to change, gave up advertising and traveled the world with stops throughout Chinese, Argentina, Colombia and Bolivia. Thus, a series of photographs was born Flying Houses, a collection of fantastical buildings, homes, tents and caravans removed from their environments and high in the air. He presented his work in a Paris gallery Galerie Paris-Beijing, and we bring it to you in the gallery below.
