Very close to us, more precisely in the capital of our neighbors - Zagreb, one of the still living legends of the world music scene, Leonard Cohen, will perform. One of the most mystical, fascinating and unusual authors in the history of music turned an enviable seventy-five years old. He started his musical career only at the age of thirty. Before that, he established himself as an excellent poet and writer. In the 1960s, he was often seen in the company of Andy Warhol and his Andy Warhol's Factory Crowd. For years, he argued that the recognition of Cohen's style should be attributed to the influence of the singer Nico, whom Cohen listened to during his association with the artists of Warhol's circle. During the long decades of his career, he repeatedly interrupted his musical work and simply disappeared from the music scene, but after a few years he reappeared with a new album. He also became a Zen Buddhist monk named Jikan, which means Silence. He returned to the scene with a great album Ten New Songs. He recorded eleven of them throughout his career, and all eleven are considered masterpieces of musical tradition.
