The name Figovec finally disappears from the Ljubljana map. After the Curry Life Figovec restaurant concluded its story in the premises of the former Figovec, an inn that closed its doors after 238 years of operation in 2014, today the first real Spanish tapas restaurant in Ljubljana - Lizzaran - officially opened its doors there. Spanish cuisine is thus replacing Indian cuisine.

Fig tree was one of the oldest inns in Ljubljana, which is everything since 1776 and until 2014 offered typical Ljubljana and Slovenian food. For a short time, its former premises smelled of Indian curry, since May 17, 2016 but it smells like Spanish tapas, cold and warm snacks, which over time have evolved from simple snacks into specialized cuisine.
