Love yourself first before you love someone else

Because you are the one who holds the key to your own happiness. Not someone who can't appreciate what they have if they have your unwavering attention. Not someone who can effortlessly break your trust without even getting to know you well.

Rely on yourself to be the one to support you when you are hurt. Be at peace with every flaw and every scar you carry. Heal the past and be proud of all you have endured and achieved.

Be true to yourself and you will be your own truth

Let your only mission in life be the realization of your own worth. To be a person who follows her intuition and is not afraid to let go of something or someone that no longer feeds her soul.
Knowing when your happiness is in danger and taking action without putting anyone else first. To feel when someone is trying to dim your light because they want theirs to shine brighter.

Never give someone more than you are willing to give yourself

At the end of the day, you'll feel satisfied and whole knowing that you didn't lose yourself to someone who didn't deserve to know you in the first place.

Take the time to unconditionally love who you are

Learn what you want and what you don't. What are you willing to accept and what are you not? Discover how you respect yourself and create boundaries that others will not dare to cross.

It creates an invisible circle around you, in which you will feel magical. Some may try to sabotage your truth with their jealous, poisonous tongue, but you will smile at them and go on your way.

Loving yourself is not arrogant, it is a commitment

Necessity. The only correct one. It's a gift. When you love yourself, you will laugh differently. You will feel different. You will love differently. You will realize that you don't need anyone's validation because you are enough.

Learn to enjoy the sound of "no"

Stop apologizing for things that were never your fault. You hear your thoughts and feelings, respect them without questioning your integrity.

Learn that sometimes people don't have to stay in your life because you're on different paths, but thank them for being a part of your growth and let them go. Cherish the memories and lessons you've learned.

You won't settle for anything less than you deserve

You will find solace in being alone. You will learn that it is better to be alone than to be in a relationship where you feel alone. If someone hurts you, it has nothing to do with you, but with them.

It is not your job to fix them or fire them, for you are worthy of all respect. You will continue to find your person, no matter how long it takes to walk that path.
When you practice self-love, you are telling the universe that you are ready. Yes, you are ready to adapt to your wildest dreams and heart's desires.

You took the time to work on the most precious person in your life. Yourself!

You are telling the world that you have grown and are ready to receive in abundance. Because when you love yourself, you will only attract those who are on the same vibration.

You will recognize your repetitive patterns and that nothing will go away until something teaches you what you need to realize to unlock the next level in this game of life.

Loving who you are is the hardest lesson of all

Look in the mirror with every drop of vulnerability that washes over you. A million negative thoughts fill your mind, but silence that noise and stand still and don't turn away from the tears streaming down your face.

Look into each other's eyes and say: "I love you."

When you hear those words, you know for the first time in your life that no one can take them away from you. You will realize that you are the one you have been looking for all this time.
